The location was unbeatable to the bus to the pyramids. Besides, it was 5 min drive to Mi Mercado Beethoven. The king room was new-fashioned, included central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen TV. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was clean too.
The breakfast was mediocre, I think it could be much better.

The staff was nice and welcoming, took good care of everyone. We stayed in big room with a sliding window, and greatly enjoyed it. The location of this hotel next to a restaurant and the metro and bus station and underground and bus was marvellous. Had tea and goodies at Cafe el Chal, nestled 1 mi of the venue: D

The hotel's location near the bus station north was extremely convenient for us. We were able to easily catch our bus to Guanajuato without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel is close to the large northern bus station, making it convenient for any traveler looking to explore different parts of Mexico.
We did experience some issues with the staff.
